Head of Operational Risk Management – Investment Bank

International investment bank seeks a Head of Operational Risk.
The Head of the Operational Risk Department will be responsible for deploying the Operational Risk framework for the US.
The candidate must have at least 10 to 12 years of experience in the banking industry. This position requires strong interpersonal/communication skills both written and verbal.
The Head of Operational Risk will supervise an OpRisk Manager, approx. 65 OpRIsk correspondents and report to the Chief Risk Officer.
Organize the OpRisk management framework, collect and validate incidents, perform the OpRisk mapping for businesses and support / control functions, train the OpRisk correspondents, participate in Risk committees, prepare OpRisk consolidated reports and organize OpRisk Committees with top Management.
Candidates should have ten plus years of OpRisk experience.
He/she must speak French.
