Advertising, Sales Literature and Marketing Compliance Review

Top-tier Private Wealth Management and diversified financial services firm seeks an experienced Compliance professional to oversee their Advertising, Sales Literature and Marketing Materials Compliance Review function.
He/she will work closely with senior level executives relative to the development, approval process and dissemination of the materials.
The firm is not engaged in aggressive marketing campaigns. Therefore, the group is not a “factory” atmosphere churning out marketing materials.
Since the advertising approach is focused and higher-end, the person will have the chance to add real value to the process.
He/she will have a high profile within the firm and interact with key senior members of the company.
Accordingly, the Compliance professionals should have great communication and presentation skills.
Candidates should also have 5-10 years of experience. Knowledge of the rules and regulations relative to Advertising, Sales Literature and Marketing Materials is needed.
