Bank Regulatory Attorney - Investment Bank

Top tier investment bank seeks an experienced bank regulator or bank transactional lawyer with 5+ years experience to cover an active banking group within firm, building out businesses within the bank.
He/she will handle regulatory issues, corporate governance, transactional and all other matters related to the bank and bank holding company.
The role requires a hands-on lawyer who can juggle tasks and work closely with a variety of business people.
The candidate will work closely with many lawyers throughout the department as the Bank build out its business initiatives as well as business people throughout the Firm.
