ERISA Attorney

Top-tier law firm is in search of an ERISA Attorney. They are looking for an associate who does both deal work and plan work (writing plans and knowledge of the rules of ERISA plans). ERISA experience is preferred as well as M&A experience. They are looking for Class of '07 - '04 and Class of 04 -05 is ideal.
