VP- Compliance Surveillance and Technology Project Facilitator

Investment bank seeks a professional to serve as a liaison between the Compliance and IT departments relative to the developments and implementation of Compliance oriented systems.
Individual will be a member of the Compliance Surveillance team and facilitate the creation, implementation and monitoring of technology-related projects for the Compliance Department.
Tasks will include, in part, updating and maintaining the global IT project schedule for the US and working with end users and technology personnel to help with the creation and implementation of reports and enhancements.
In addition, the individual will monitor progress of technology project schedule and provide periodic updates. The individual will also assist in supporting the firm’s Surveillance System users and provide support where necessary.
The individual must be detail oriented, focused, have the ability to translate needs into actual product, possess excellent people and communication skills and have a strong aptitude toward follow-up. Familiarity with Actimize
