Credit Derivatives - OTC Clearing Compliance VP
at The Compliance Search Group in New York, NY
Main Function
• Assisting business in assessing regulatory, reputational, legal and operational impact of implementing OTC Derivatives Clearing across Credit (nominally) but also involvement in other asset classes (Rates, FX, EM, Equities)
• Initial focus US but also Europe and likely development into Asia
• Review, understand and implement various Regulatory regime changes planned in the OTC Derivatives space
• Support more generally the Credit Sales and Trading front office
Person Requirements
• 2-5 years experience – preferably with operational background/experience in the Credit/ and or Prime Services/ Intermediation/ Clearing space.
• Undergraduate degree required
• AVP/VP level
