Institutional Options Compliance VP, New York/New Jersey
Trading firm seeks an Options Compliance Officer.
- Extensive experience in the compliance and regulatory requirements of electronic options market making and Options routing.
- Complete understanding of all Option SRO, Exchange and OCC rules relating to market making and proprietary activities along with all applicable regulatory and trade reporting requirements (i.e.: LOPR, Position Limits, Delta Hedging, Exercise Limits, etc).
- Experienced in developing exception based and activity reports around the business activities of an options market maker (and preferred if experience is with an electronic options market maker).
- Experienced in dealing with Options SROs/Exchanges and responding to verbal and written inquiries.
- Has a detailed working knowledge of the current options market structure and pending changes occurring including but not limited to Distributive Linkage Plan, Penny Pilot, Option Symbology Initiative, Reg NMS style requirements, etc
