Hedge Fund Compliance Officer
at The Compliance Search Group in NY or CT
Our client is a well respected, long-established successful hedge fund.
The firm already has a solid Compliance infrastructure with an existing staff of Compliance and Legal professionals.
The fund is not currently registered. The company seeks a Compliance Officer to assist in their registration process and then oversee Compliance matters.
This position is open due to growth and anticipation of greater regulations confronting the hedge fund industry.
The person will be involved with developing policies and procedures; testing the Compliance program; Code of Ethics; anti-money Laundering; ADV filings; annual reviews and other matters.
Candidates should have 5-10+ years of experience.
